Characters of the equipment
1.We use direct connection technology between air conveyor and infeeding star wheel to substitute infeeding screw and conveyor to ease the process of bottlesizechanging.
2. Neckhanging technology is applied in bottle transportation. Instead of traditional star wheel, we use neckhanging gripper to make bottlesizechanging easily without equipment height adjustment, only arch board and star wheel such little nylon parts need to be changed.
3. Specially designed rinser and grippers which are made of stainless steel are firm and endurable, without contact to screw part of the bottle to prevent second pollution.
4. Valveopening device is driven by cylinder with accurate action, rapid flow, highly filling precision and nicety liquid level. CIP system and controlling program are equipped to have rinsing in the place.
5. Splint of star wheel using twist descending way to simplify the process of bottlesizechanging.
The machine applies to the production of carbonated drinks.
