Chilled casting is suitable, if you have special requirements at material structure and/or strength Otherwise the production is concerning the price nearly similar as pressure die casting tools and parts with us.
In particular if you attach importance to small wall thicknesses, smaller weight, good surface quality and high dimensional accuracy, the pressure die casting procedure with inexpensive tools offers itself.
