Application:BCDMH is of a high-performance broad-spectrum microbicide and dicinfectant. It has a high content of active chloride and bromide with little odour and good stable characters which can be gradually released. BCDMH is much effective in killing many kinds of bacteria, algae and fungi even at very low concentration (as low as 1ppm). BDMH is widely used in the control of algae growth and in various water treatment projects such as industrial cooling water system, waste water treatment system and swimming pool disinfect etc.

Application:DBDMH carries more active bromine per unit weight. It is generally more reactive, cheaper and
has longer shelf life than the other brominating agents, such as N-Bromoacetamide and N-Bromosuccinimide. It can be stored almost indefinitely under dry conditions. It is the most widely used brominating agents in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries. It is particularly used in allylic and benzylic brominations, bromination of active aromatic rings, addition of bromine or HoBr(Hydrobromination) to double bonds and selective oxidation of secondary alcohol. Also be used as a disinfectant or sanitizing agent.
